Annual Autumn Concert – 2018

The Damenchor Wald-Echo presents its Fall Concert with guest chorus Franklinville-Schwarzwald Männerchor on Sunday Nov. 11th at 4 pm at the Vereinigung Erzgebirge in Warminster, PA. The Damenchor will perform Mendelssohn, Brahms, folksongs, and the popular tango, “Bella, Bella Marie.” The Männerchor sings Schubert, Bach, folksongs, “I Could Have Danced All Night” and “Autumn Leaves.” Jacqueline Smith conducts, with guest instrumentalists, at the beautiful VE Club, nestled in over 60 acres of wooded Warminster.
This unique and always popular concert features the only all-women’s and all-men’s German choruses in the Philadelphia area. After the concert, the region’s sought-after accordionist Don Bitterlich accompanies dancing. Food and drink are available for purchase, and there is a full bar.
